Sharat Chatopadhyay Chattopadhaya novel Devdas has once again entertained people. This time the director changed the movie title at the same time the ending. Anurag Kashyap, the director of Dev D, planned happy ending unlike the previous Devdas movies.
This is the first movie to receive 5 out of 5 stars from Times of India. Anurag Kashyap gave a modern touch to the original narration. He just took the story theme. He selected two new girls Mahi Gill and Kalki Koechlin. Hero Abhay Deol, also not a new face but he managed to present his thoughts well on the screen.
Music director Amit Trivedi came to Bollywood people notice with this film. Anurag Kashyap and Vikram Motwane penned the dialogues and screenplay. Dialogues of this movie says us Anurag Kashyap's care about this movie.
